Where can I park?

On weekends and evenings, parking is available in the lot directly across the street from the theatre as well as inside of the parking garage up the street from the theatre. During the day, on street parking is available, and parking in the garage up the street is available.

What time do doors open?

The lobby entrance opens 1 hour prior to each show. The theatre doors open 30 minutes before each show.

What time does the box office open/close on performance days?

The box office is open up to 1 hour prior to each performance and remains open until 15 minutes after the show has started. At that point, the box office closes.

Can I buy tickets at the box office for other shows on performance days?

No, the only tickets that may be purchased in person on performance days are tickets for the performance happening that day/night.

Can I exchange/refund my tickets?

All sales are final, so our typical policy states that we do not offer refunds/exchanges. However, in special circumstances, it may be possible to do a ticket exchange for an additional fee of $3 per ticket being exchanged (depending on the circumstance). Any ticket exchange must be done in person at the box office (tickets being exchanged must be brought with you). Refunds are not offered to anyone under any circumstance unless the show/event is cancelled.

Where is Spiritz bar located?

Spiritz bar is located in the basement of the theatre. To access it from outside, use the entrance on the left side of the building.

What time is Spiritz bar open?

Spiritz is not open for dance recitals, family theatre, and high school musicals. Other that that, Spiritz is open up to 1 hour prior to the performance as well as during intermission. Spiritz is sometimes kept open during the entire show, depending on the performance.

Is there handicapped accessible seating in the theatre?

Yes, we have designated handicapped seating (flip up armrest) that can be purchased online, by phone, or in person. In addition, we have 2 wheelchair spaces with a companion seat next to them that can be purchased by phone or in person at the box office.

Is there a handicapped entrance?

Yes, patrons utilizing handicapped seating may use the entrance to the left side of the building.

Is there a concession stand?

Yes, concessions are available up to 1 hour prior to each performance as well as during intermission.

Is there an elevator to access the balcony?

No, the balcony can only be accessed using the stairs.

What is obstructed view seating?

Obstructed view seats are seats with a pole/pillar or box seat in front of them that obstructs/blocks some of the view of the stage.

What should I wear to the theatre?

Appropriate attire depends on the show, but a good general rule of thumb is to dress “business casual” for the vast majority of events that occur at the theatre.
